Our firm specializes in the State and Federal Regulation of the privately owned bus transportation industry which includes representation of bus and limousine companies before the NJ and NY Departments of Transportation, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (successor to the Interstate Commerce Commission), and the US Department of Transportation.

Additionally, we have a large subrogation practice in which we handle affirmative insurance claims for property damage caused by motor vehicle accidents where our clients self-insure all or substantially all of their collision claims. This includes investigation, appraisal and settlement, as well as litigation when deemed necessary.

Our firm has a substantial number of individual and business clients for whom we provide tax and estate planning services, representation in residential and commercial real estate matters, and general legal services on most legal matters affecting the individual or his family as well as the small business owner, ranging from the simple Contract to business agreements on a multitude of matters of varying complexity.
